An approach that’s individual, just like your child.

First, let’s connect.

1.

What you need.

A complimentary phone consultation will help me to better understand what your child is dealing with and how I can help.

2.

An initial visit.

A meeting with you, your child, or both parents and children together will determine how we can proceed for the best outcomes.

3.

A plan for success.

Together we will create a strategy that helps your child handle current issues and develop coping mechanisms that can help in the long-term.

FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

No, I do not. Clients can receive reimbursement for sessions through their out-of-network benefits.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

Unfortunately, there is no cookie-cutter answer to this question. Efficacy of treatment varies from client to client and depends upon a number of factors. The answer to this question is explored during initial and sequential appointments.

How long will my child need therapy?

Treatment time frames range from months to years, depending upon your child's needs. Therapy is a subjective process that everyone responds to differently.

My child does not want to see a therapist. Can you still help?

Yes! You have not arrived at a dead-end if your child is not willing to participate in therapy. I work with parents exclusively, and I am a trained SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) provider.
